Defendant appeals from a judgment of department 33 of the Superior Court of Los Angeles County which modifies the interlocutory decree of divorce rendered in department 21 of the same court by Judge Bullock. He grounds his appeal on the insufficiency of the findings to support the judgment and the insufficiency of the evidence to support the findings. While we cannot enthusiastically agree that the evidence in the record preponderates in favor of plaintiff on the issue of fraud in connection with the divorce judgment, yet our doubts as to the wisdom of the findings are without potency under the guidance of the familiar rule that the power of the reviewing court begins and ends with its determination that there is substantial evidence which will support the findings and judgment.
